please ID this tang...

i went to my LFS and fell in love with this guy... he had him labled as a white tail tang... i've tried searching for info on it, but i can't seem to find one at all...

sorry for the crummy pics...



anyways... he has a white tail, he also has white on the tips of his upper lip... i don't know if he hurt himself or if it's like that... his swiming fins are yellow, his bottom anal fin has a blue line edging the fin... his dorsal fin has a hint of yellow... i don't get it... i asked my LFS today about him and he doesn't know...
