what is the sponge looking thing just below the blenny, if i tap it it moves alittle. Bad or good?

looks like a wrinkled up (deflated) tunicate. Does it have 2 valve openings (holes)?

one end seems to be an openning, and the other end is attached to the rock,
is this dead or dieing? it does move from time to time....
