I'm fairly new to the reef tank setup.
Can you guys id and give me some advice (high flow low flow? more light less light? water conditions?) on this coral? thanks!

First, remove as much of that hair algae as possible- right down to the rock itself. Zoanthids typically respond well to bottom to mid tank lighting. Don't place in the "shade" of other corals or live rock, don't place too high under direct lighting. Flow should be low-medium. You don't want the polyps being blown around or lifted off the rock.
