Plug A01 in DC8 not turning on and off!!

Hi Curt,

I am hoping you can give me the quick fix Plug A01 on the DC8 will not turn on or off no matter what I do, I have tried manual/auto/off/on from the controller as well as the PC. Nothing I do changes the state of the outlet. I have also powered down the DC8 and controller and disconnected the control wire and booted everything back up and still the same. Let me know if I am missing something.

I have my PFO 2x96w antinic lights on A01 and A02.......A02 is working fine, I can control it and it goes off/on as scheduled

I was troubleshooting this all day yesterday, but I did not want to contact you without just cause..like my UKN issue I finally had to unplug the light from the DC8 to get the light to shut off so my fish could sleep. This morning I had to plug back in the light ( i did so before the scheduled 'on' time and the outlet was already on)

For fastest response it is best to call 408-578-3022 or email support@neptunesys.com. It can sometimes be days before questions on the forum are answered.
Can you turn on/off the other outlets? If you move the light from A1 to another unused outlet can you control it? After a power cycle of the DC8 all the outlets should be off. Does outlet A1 shut off? Any conflicting timer names in your configuration? What type of light (brand and model) is plugged into the outlet?
