Plumbing Ideas

I have posted on other forums and thought I would post here for some of the local expert advise.

I have the following in my basement and want to re-plumb it all.
I am look for good ideas...got any? Links to any?
I have...............75 gal all glass tank for a sump, 40 gal refugium, in-line chiller, 20 gal long frag tank. I am also looking to upgrade my skimmer to outside the sump type. My 125 gal D.T. sits up stairs in the living room.
I have some ideas of flow paths and want to be able to shut off basement system from the DT to do maintenance and water changes. I remember reading some good threads but don't remember where.

my set up sounds just about like yours except i have a 20 gallon fuge and 4 frag.
Heres a pic when i set it up. Theres been a lot of changes since this pic including moving the skimmer out of the sump, switching the 55 out for a 75 and swithing my return pump over to a tarpon. I'll try to get a more recent pic later today.
