Just went and got some new LR and it came with some coral the lfs said this was green sinularia but it doesn't look like any i have seen online in pictures. Please help i'm new to saltwater tanks and would like to give this coral the proper treatment but not sure what it is picture below

Thank You i found somewhere online that you blast it with turkey baster to help it out of it's molting phase this good idea or not?
