pods eating my zoo's?

sorry for the long post....but

i have a large size colony of green center and body zoo's with purple fringe ,that has not been doing well for the last 2 weeks.

for months they were doing great and spreading fast but now they look horrible, they close up and look like they are shrinking.

i stayed up to investigate and found that they were covered in pods and it looked like the pods were munching away at the mouths of the polyps. any sugestions as to what to do .
i have looked for nudis, snails, crabs and found none.
no fungus either. im really stumped.
any sugestions?....thank....al

get a sixline wrasse or something comparable.

Mandarin are cuckoo for copepods. Pretty fish too!!

I got some pink zoas that were growing and when i started target feeding them cyclopeeze pods swarmed them and started eating away just as you describe....they went through all but a few polyps and i couldnt figure out why they did this.....alot of times pods will eat stuff that is dying and maybe something was wrong with our zoas that we didnt know and they did.

I just added some new zoas to my tank and i'm seeing pods on 2 that dont look too good (perhaps from the transfer and they're eating them because they're dying?) Not sure exactly but i'll keep an eye on them
