Pods

I look in my tank at night when the lunar lights are on. I see a lot of pods running around all over the place. I'm curious as to which fish or even inverts eat these little guys? It seems like all my fish are sleeping

They are a treat I would imagine to whoever eats them. Mine are eaten by a sixline mainly. I have seen my anthias also nail them from the return line (which bring them up from the fuge).

Many will also say that they are a primary food source for Mandarin's.

Again many many fish willl happily consume them.

You could get a mandrin if your tank is over 8 months old and if you have a fuge. They will run out of food really fast. Reef safe wrasses will eat them. You could get a sixline but they can get agressive as they get older. I am going to get a yellow coris wrasse tomorrow and they are supposed to be very peaceful.

I have a yellow wrasse myself, however I dont beleive they are of the coris species. (I read that on WWM) It is very peaceful towards my Kole Tang, and the wrasse was added first. Mine has a great personality and is awesome!

When I first added him into my display, he went in hiding for 3 straight days, I never saw him. Then on the 4th day he was out when the lights were on and started excepting any food greedily. He is constantly out and about, a good addition to a display.
