pointers please

i have 2 different types of zoos in my 75 both are doing very well but have not spread at all in the 5 months i had them. They are at the bottom of my 75. I have nova extreme t5 lighting 432 watts
i use 4 52 watt pure atinic, 1 daylight, and 3 ocean blue for the bulbs. I have never spot fed them but i do add cyclopleeze to the tank once a day i use a pinch in from of the powerheads to spred it. I recently bought a small bunch of bright orange zoos for 60.00 that melted in 3 days, i was able to save about 6 polyps.

I use a ro/di and my water is this

nitrite=0
ammonia=0
nitrate 4ppm
calcium 465ppm
alk-2.8
ph=8.17
I was told they need to be at the bottom but i read hear that some put them on the top can you guys clear this up for me. not sure where to keep these guys as far as lighting goes and any other tips for careing for them would be great thanks

you can move them up a bit further every few weeks till they start looking bad, then take them one level back down.

The lighting on your tank may be too blue. Maybe swap out some of your blue for some 6500 bulbs.

yeah, throw a ge on there, it will likely bring out the reds and yellows as well.
