polyp problems help?

So i have a frag of green star polyps I've had it for bout 4 months. originally in a 29 gallon with a dual t5 light. I transferred my whole 29 tank into a 55gallon tank. I only had that dual t5 when I first did the transfer but last week I got in my new d2120 evergrow leds I put them on the tank and all of a sudden my polyps start having holes show up where they had spread to cover the rock in the first place. Any ideas why this would happen I'm new I know help please?

Did you acclimate them to the leds? What percentage do you have them on?

I didn't acclimate them to leds don't know how that's supposed to be done I run stages.
7AM I run blues to 50%
8 am blues to 100%
10-12 am blues 100 daylight 25% graduating to 100%
7 pm daylight off blues at 100%
10 pm blues off leds only now I was leaving the blues on lowest setting all night but algae was building up so found my blue led strip I used on my 29 gallon
