Pop-Eye Swallowtail Hawkfish

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

That said, we have a swallowtail hawkfish that has pop-eye. I think that it is the result of an injury as none of the other fish are showing any signs of illness, and the injured fish's eyes including the bulging one are clear. We treated the entire tank with Melafix Marine per the instructions, and this did not help at all. The initial injury was over a month ago, and the treatment with Melafix was over two weeks ago, and the eye is still bulging. The fish does not show any signs of discomfort, swims around just fine, eats ravenously. His eye just looks disgusting, like a balloon that is going to pop.

What should I do? Tank size is 150 gallons, 30 gallon sump, euro-star protein skimmer, hang on refugium with taxifolia mexicana macroalgae, 0 ammonia, 8.2 ph, 15ppm nitrates. 9 fish total in tank, blonde naso tang, marine betta, longnose hawkfish, lawnmower blenny, mandarin, matted filefish, kole tang, indigo hamlet and swallowtail hawkfish.
