Possible Fin Rot on Foxface

I recently added a Blotched Foxface to my 100 gallon aquarium eight days ago. The fish was not quarantined. Yesterday I noticed small white patches along the edge of the dorsal and tail fin of the fish. The lines seem slightly thicker than the fins but this could be an illusion due to the movement of the fins. I think this is fin rot however I do not know for sure. It also looks sort of like a fungal infection. I have attached pictures of the fish's tail and fin (sorry for the bad pictures). I have looked for pictures of this but I cannot find any that look quite like it.
Behavior wise the fish is swimming around and does not appear to be stressed. The fish fought briefly with a yellow tang I have for about a day when it was introduced to the tank but there is no aggression between the fish anymore.
Food wise the fish happily eats whatever I offer it. I have fed it frozen food twice a day and have added a piece of Nori in a clip daily that is consumed quickly.
The SG of the tank is measured to be 1.025 with a refractometer that was recently calibrated. Ammonia and Nitrite are at undetectable levels and the pH is 8.1 consistently. I also run UV on the output of the return pump.
