Possible fin rot?

Noticed this yesterday on the bottom part of the fin, on my melanurus wrasse. Any help/input appreciated.

Possibly some rot gong on there you can treat with Kanaplex or furon2 in a qt. personally I would dose stress gaurd to the tank it has an anticeptic in it and observe if it worsens go with option 1
