possible fin rot????

I hope someone can tell me by looking if my little clown has fin rot and if so what the best way to treat him in the tank while hosting in an anemone.

It started a couple weeks ago as a small white area in the valley of his dorsal fin. Then he developed a white spot where his anal fin meets the body. Then I noticed his anal fin getting smaller. Now his tail fin has started disappearing from the bottom and working it's way up. He acts fine and eats very well. The other clown shows no signs of this condition. However the other clown does have a condition with her rt eye. If ever there is a stress in the tank her eye seems to buldge from within and gets kinda white. It lasts for a few days then goes away. It seems if I feed her very well it helps it go away. I don't know if they could be related or not. I can give more info if needed just ask.

tank params.
has been running for 15 months.
nitrate - 30ppm
phos - less than .3
calcium - 400

I am hoping I can maybe use some of those gel antibiotics - my concern is harming the anemone.

Thanks for looking

I can't believe no one can give me some advise on my fish.

I forgot to mention I have not noticed the fish being picked on by any other fish ( there is only a green reef chromis and a coral banded shrimp in the tank with them - oh and a small dwarf lion fish that stays away from them). It stays in the anemone and usually is very close to the big female.

I hope someone can help me with an idea on what is happening to the fish and a method of treatment.

Thanks for looking

Hello,

Look up Lymphocyctis virus and see if that is what it looked like when you first saw it.

I cant tell if the fin is rotting, like fin rot.

Lymph has no 'cure' like in a bottle; good water quality is the way to go and a good diet.

If it is fin rot, look into getting Maracyn-2 (an antibotic, that treats gram negative bacteria).

Hope that helps.
