Possible Frag Swap In Erie PA??

Hey everyone!

My name is Randy Orr and I am a member of the Erie Reef Club up in Erie, PA. I am currently organizing a frag swap in our area. I am coordinating with the Cleveland C-SEA club as well. Is there enough of you PMAS guys interested? If so, please post here and spread the word. I will post a date when we get enough people together.

Damn, I'm 3 hours away. All depending on the day, I'd love to attend. My work schedule is never set in stone, so it would be hard to plan in advance, but if I have the day off, I'll more than likely be there to attend. Don't have anything worth fraggin right now.

Depending on the day the swap falls and the kind of swap you have (more on that later) we can usually count on 6-20 PGH people to make that sort of trip.

Things that will help:

- pick a day that ISN'T a steeler game
- register your swap with fragswapper
- make sure the other clubs know (done)
- DON'T charge a $20 cover so you can server food
- DON'T try to have speakers unless they are seperate from the swap

As always, the above are opinions. As with all swaps, attendance will vary. I can tell you that Cleveland holds a swap once or twice a year, and we go religiously, because it is put together as well as a swap should be and well attended.

Sweet deal, it looks like this thing could happen. And yes fragswapper is a great tool for making the swap easier. I know with the Cleveland swap I had three seperate swaps already lined up and I just had to find the people when I got there which really made the process easy. Good luck getting it set up and hopefully I will be able to attend.
