Possible ich on clown

I was wondering if you guys can help me identify if my clown has ich. I got him yesterday and i did not see any white spot on him. The following day i noticed a white spot by his chin. If you guys need me to post a video for better footage i will glady do it. My tank is fully cycled and my parameters are ph - 8, ammonia - 0, nitrite - 0, nitrate 10. I dripped acclimated the clown for about two hours and he seemed fine the first day. Also, he has a firefish as a tank mate so i hope that's not a problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1391992052.767441.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1391992062.918195.jpg i forgot to mentioned that hes eating well.

I can't tell anything from the pics, but a single white spot is unlikely to be Ich or any other external protozoa. It could be Lympho, or even just a grain of sand.

Yea, its hard to tell from the pics. I have used garlic as an ich treatment. It might be worth it to start adding it to his food to help boost his immune system. It's the least drastic thing you can do.

I agree with HumbleFish's post above; just watch closely for new spots.

Please don't expect garlic to do anything for ich. This is a myth that just won't die; there is also a study showing long term garlic use is actually dangerous. I don't use it at all anymore. Even if garlic did help the immune system, it would be a long-term result.

Thank you everyone! Quick question, should i feed my feed my fish food that contain garlic such as nle pellets? And im sorry for the crappy pictures. Here is a better picture with the white spot on his chin. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1392069678.528329.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1392069686.458988.jpg
