Possible Ich problem?

My tank has a few fish and some corals I have started to add. Just some shrooms, zoo's and a purple tip frogspawn. My blue tang started to show signs of ich and is now got quite a bit of spots all over him. None of my other fish have any spots besides my yellow tang but they went away as I am using Xtreme garlic with feeding. Just the blue maintains them. They did start to go away but now have come back even worse. Any help would be great.

Do you have any cleaner shrimp? Unfortunately, once it spreads, it is deadly. We just lost 7 out of 12 fish, and after 21 days of treatment with Kick Ick (I have a FOWLR tank), there is still ick on the few remaining chromis. the best best is to remove the fish and treat him with copper, but it is impossible to catch some fish. I am a new, firm believer in the value of quarantining. I fed with garlic xtreme also, and have 2 cleaner shrimp who do clean the ick off but it isn't erradicated yet.

My cleaner shrimp just got eaten by one of my fish so I need to go get another. I wish I would have quaratined my fish but dont have another tank for it. I am in the process of setting up a 140 gall reef tank so I think that will give me the chance to get rid of the ich and set up the 40 for a quarantine.
