possible ich???

Hi everyone I'm new this forum and marine keeping. I have been searching this site for a few months to gather information which has been great, but earlier this morning I found approx 4 white spots on my clown I removed her asap in fear of ich 2 hours later the spots were completely gone my question is it ich. The white spots were the size of a pen dot if that helps thanks in advanced for any and all info. I do not have any photo of the spots as well

Two hours and they disappeared? Sand almost certainly.

Thanks for the reply I hope it was should i to leave it in quarantine for the week to be safe
