Possible Mantis?

I recently put some fiji live rock into my 55 gallon tank from the lfs. I'm not investing in all I need right now but just got a couple lbs out of curiosity to see if fiji was good rock since its fairly cheap. Well I took the rock out of the main tank and placed it into a 5 gallon tank of its own because I found an aptaisia anenome that I couldn't kill.

The rock was only in the main tank for a few days and then taken out. Since its been out I've discovered a baby snail on the glass that's now gone. My two baby ocellaris clowns could have possibly eaten it because I saw one of them "nipping" at it the other day.

I also noticed the other night a small "bug" crawling over the base rock in the main tank. I knew it was from the live rock but didn't know what it was. It looked like the back was curled in and it was very quick. It was brown in color and looked similar to one of those fast little fruit gnats who crawl on an apple in your kitchen or whatever. That's what it reminded me of.

Anyway my question is....is this possibly a mantis shrimp or are other 'pods possibly this fast? It was out only at night and when it saw that I saw it ducked into a hole and I haven't seen it since. Should I be worried?

sound like pods to me, not mantis, seach for pictures of amhiopods, it will become obvious if its one or not by look at a good pic of one.
