possible problem

My female clown has something on its head that looks like grayish black dots on its forehead. I don't know anything about hole in head or whatever it is but i think it might possible be that. I just noticed them and the other fish don't have it. If it is that what do i do about it.

Can you get some pics? Sometimes they exhibit a melanistic response if trying to host in non-anemone corals. Like a frogspawn, hammer, zoathids...etc... Pics will help

I cant get a pic. but i dont think it is hosting in anything the host nen died a few weeks ago and i only have a brain coral and a galaxnia and i have never seen it go in it. or are you saying it needs to be hosting.
