Possible RTN issue spreading

Hi all,
I was hoping for some assistance on some possible rapid tissue necrosis issues that I'm running into with two of my brain corals. I've included some photos below. Basically my smaller brain that I think is a trachyphyllia has had it for a while but the issue has really advanced in the past month or two. The larger one as of couple weeks ago started having the issue and its rapidly been advancing. Not sure what to do. I've used a couple different coral dips on them in the past.
-I brought the smaller one to a coral reef farmer locally and left it there for 3 weeks, it was very fluffy and seemed much happier but when it came back sunk back into the same issue and within 2 months i started having issues with my larger brain.

Just some thoughts on the conditions that I keep them in:
Temp:77-78*
Salinity: 1.025 (avg), using HW Marine Mix Reefer and I have a digital refractometer
Phosphates: .36 (always and use Rowaphos in a little bag in the sump)
Nitrates: 18-24 ppm
Magnesium: 1500 avg
Calcium: 450 Avg
Alk: 9.17 Avg
