There are 4 different types of rics on this rock .. i have about 20 new rics from these 4 rics that i have fragged, im surprised how quickly they regenerate .

that pic is after i made frags .. all i do is cut a small piece out of a ric .. i dont cut in half or anything like that because i feel that the ric that i'm cutting will heal up within days instead of a month, which will most likely prevent it from any damage .. as for the pieces that i cut off .. i just seperate them in a small container without any rock or sand.. this way they heal up and grow a mouth .. as soon as i see a clear mouth forming .. i will then either rubberband them or glue them directly to the rock .


this is a mini prop. section that i made using a sushi container lol
but it serves it purpose so i'm not complaining. you can see the small rics which are the babys and the larger ones that i will be cutting

this is a pic of baby rics that is about 2 weeks old .. once then mature within a month they will cover more space on the rock.

Does the superglue work with the ricordea directly? Won't it slime up?

i just dab the shroom on a paper towel .. then apply the cyanoacrylic and the directly put the shroom on .. give it about a min .. then i just put it in the water and thats it .
