Just wanted to post a positive. I have 2 MP 40s and 3 gen 2 Radions and couldn't be happier, support is great and responsive. I don't use the cloud software because I'm not a fan of the "cloud" I like to keep my own server and I use an Apex for the control but that's me and is no way a negative on ecotech. FYI I had the MP's a year after they came out!
