Powder Blue Tang get sick, Help

I have a powder blue tang got ich, first I saw some white spot on the body and on it head. I did a treatment with Methylene Blue out of QT tank. The spot on the body is gone but on it head is get biger. Is this ich or fungus? I did fungus medication at well too, but not help. Fish now not eat, but seem still healthy.

It's really hard to see in that picture as it's so blurry, but I don't think that's ich. It looks more like either a fungus or a bacterial infection, or possibly lymphocystis.

Ich commonly disappears, then comes back X100. Meth. blue is not an effective ich treatment. I suggest you read the ich stickies at the top of the disease forum to help understand the ich life-cycle and its treatment.

As f3honda4me said, the pic isn't much help. What makes you suspect fungus? Fungal infections are rare in fish and will be fuzzy or cotton-like in appearance.
