Powder blue tang has spots

As title states, have a pb in tank for about a month, been looking good, eating etc. 20% water change a week ago. Noticed tiny white speckles on face and looks like body maybe too. Trying to get pic, any advice? Suggestions? Is it ich?

Is there something I can put in reef tank to eliminate what remains in tank?

There is only one thing you can put into a reef tank to eliminate Ich once it is in your tank, Time... about 10 weeks fallow.
