powder blue

I have a powder blue tang and was doing very well until this afternoon. All of sudden it just stopped eating and seems like it got really shy and went to the back of the tank and seemed like he was shaking.
I did put some snails in the tank today. Could this scared him when the bag was in the water getting the snails adjusted.
I turned off the light and waiting to see what happens.
Any suggestions or thoughts

Check your temperature and water parameters.
They are very sensitive to any changes.
Don't think they would be frightened by snails.

so, other then shaking, have you seen any other physical changes in the fish, like spots, fungal growths etc?? this may help determine a potential issue. Do you have sensitive corals in the same tank right now? if not, maybe turn of your main lights for a while and run actinics or no light for a day or two and see how he does then.
