powder brown with flukes?

I have a 125 mixed reef with a few different fish and my powder brown looks like it has flukes because it has what looks like white worms stuck to his body. I introduced him into the system about a month ago and i saw signs of this maybe 2 weeks into it but he is still eating like a beast and swimming fine. Havent noticed any loss of appetite just has white things all over him. Im sure it isnt ich because ive had a hippo with ich before and this looks nothing like it. Any suggestions on whether it is flukes or not? Best way to treat in the tank because theres no way of getting him out without tearing the whole tank down and stressing him out?

Can you take a picture of the fish? It takes a really good eye to actually see a fluke on a fish (you usually see the damage they are doing, not the fluke itself). I'm wondering if something else is going on.
