power head for 5.5g

i have an ADA mini m (5.4 gallons) and the zoo med 501 filter im running isnt creating enough flow. what gph am i looking for? m looking at the eheim 600 compact, the mini jet 606, or the rio 200. i'll use this pump in addtion to the zoo med(79gph) cause thats going to be holding my chemi pure, carbon, and filter floss.

I would shoot for at least 200 gph total circulation in a 5.4 gallon aquarium (return pump + in tank powerhead).

look for the pump(s) with the lowest energy consumption.
