Power head for fluval edge

I want to get a power head for my fluval. I really like the vortech mp10 but I hear it pulls from the sand bed and could stir it up. I like the mp10 because it has no cord in the tank and is quite small. Do any of you have any other recommendations or know if this power head will be ok?

An Mp10 would be awesome. You can dial it back. It has so many different modes. very cool. Many get the bug and upgrade from the nanos. an mp10 would work well up to 40-50 gallons. At the same time; why invest $235 when you can purchase a hydor Karalia nano or pico for $25. Did you consider upgrading to the AC30 filter? It will fit and add more flow.

Hydor Koralia Nano 225 would be more than enough, I bet, and only cost $25.

Also, Nemos Boss, I'm going to do that AC30 upgrade. Tis a good idea!

I use a Koralia 240 in mine. More than enough, and you can tuck the wires along the inside of the glass corners, hardly noticeable.

Need better lighting? This is a STEAL.
