What size Maxi jet power head should I buy for my 14 gallon nano tank a 600 or a 900 ?

The 600 is 160 gph and the 900 is 230gph.

I have a 600 I am going to plumb into my 24 along with a maxijet 1200. The 600 is weak, go for the 900.

Atleast the 900 but I would probably go with a 1200
