Power problem

When I came home from work today, one of my Vortechs wasn't running. Thinking it may have stalled, I checked the driver. However, when I checked the driver there weren't ANY lights on and the green light on the power supply was dim and flickering. When I unplugged the pump from the power supply, the light on the power supply was bright green and steady, so it seems as though it's a driver issue. Each time I plugged the pump into the power supply, the light would dim and flicker. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

After fooling with my disabled Vortech today, I've concluded that it is in fact the power supply. I tried the power supply from my second Vortech on the disabled one and sure enough it fired up. So now how do I go about getting a replacement for my old power supply? Thanks for your help.
