GOING THROUGH THE BROWN ALGAE STAGE OF A NEW TANK, NORMAL SO FAR, WHAT;S THE BEST POWERHEADS, HAVE A MAXI 900 AND 1200 WITH A RIO 2500. WILL SOME STRONGER ONES HELP WITH BROWN ALGAE?? CLEAN UP CREW IS AT WORK, THANKS

The Brown Algae is part of your cycle power heads won't help just wait it out.

two #4s of these , wont help with the brown though, the maxis are great pumps too, if you want more flow out of them look for the maxi mod thread in the diy forum
