PP something???

I bought this colony a while back on a hunch because i never saw them fully open, but Ive had PPEs before and I thought they may be them from the stem and seeing the green mouth slightly and the hands looking green ( they look green at the time)... but i finally took a pic. Clearly these are not PPE but maybe a variation? Also the babies are born with the speckles, I do not believe this is a color morph from lighting conditions.

it has the dots on the stem when they are close much like the other people eaters ( NOT zoa pox)

Can anyone ID them?
