Prazipro QT Question

I have had the following fish in QT. Magnificent Fox face, Yellow Belly Hippo, and a scribbled juvenile. Upon arrival; I pH, and temp adjusted freshwater dip with methylene blue. I then put them in the QT. On day 20 I repeated another freshwater dip. The dip was for five minutes on all fish. They are still in QT. I have observed no issues, but did see some particles on the bottom of the dip bucket (could have been feces for all I could tell). I figued I should treat for flukes. If I use Prazipro do I really need to do two doses. I am ready to put the fish into the display tank . Even if the flukes are egg-laying wouldnt the eggs are on the bottom of the QT? If I take them out on day three of treatment wouldn't I be okay

Thoughts?

Eggs are impervious to treatment and certain species are attached to the fish either via a long filament or directly onto the fish's body. Therefore a minimum of two treatments is required for oviviparous flukes.

What would your treatment space be. Knowing that I'm looking to destroy flukes, and have cleared other diseases.

Yes sometimes you can see them. You can read the stickies on flukes under fish parasites. Have the fish been showing any symptoms of flukes? Scratching, torn fins, loss of color, piping, etc? If you were dealing with a very persistent case of flukes then I would advise moving on to a more aggressive treatment otherwise I would stick with the two rounds of Prazi.

No symptoms. The angel is overall a little faded, but not blotchy. I just think that's due to stress in the QT
