Prazipro question

Doing a Prazipro treatment in my DT. After the first treatment of 5-7 days, do I do a large water change and then another round of Prazipro or bypass the water change and do a large water change after the second round?

Pretty sure my Regal has flukes, eyes cloudy, staying at the surface and flashing.
All my wrasses are fine.

Do at least a 25% WC before beginning the second round.

But it's also not a bad idea to do another 25% WC 5-7 days after dosing the second round. Especially if moving forward you are planning on treating with other meds (like copper).
