Have you tried putting smaller rocks around it and letting them attach? I know that is slower than fragging, but mine spread out pretty quick. I did a couple of them that way and gave them to some RC guys....

Cut them at the base with scissors and use fishing line to tie them to a new rock. Works really well but will smell terrible.

Blender works well if you want thousands in your tank!! LOL. Also, your blender will never smell the same again.
