Pretty sure I have ich... Could use some advise please

Over the last few days I've noticed my royal gramma flashing on the rock work a bit and have been keeping an eye on everything. All the fish are eating normally and no other signs up until today, potters angel has flashed a few times and noticed he tell-tale white salt on one of my clowns, so I'm pretty sure it's ich I'm dealing with.

I am planning on treating with tank transfer. At the moment I am setting up 2 10 gallon tanks to be used for this.

Plan is to use eggcrate to section off the QT tank in half as the pair of clowns tend to chase everyone else away when they come near their "host" in the DT (the overflow box, lol).
On one side will be the clowns, and the other will be the potters and royal gramma. Will be going in as soon as I can catch them and then switched to the 2nd tank Thursday, then Sunday, and so on, probably 6 transfers just to be sure.

My one concern is I'm not sure what to do with my mandarin... He does eat a bit of mysis and cyclop-ez, but I would be lying to myself thinking he would survive 10 weeks in QT with no pods while the DT is fallow... Is there anything I can do for him?

Also if there is anything in my plan that is wrong or could be improved, please let me know.

for your mandarin, have you tried nutramar ova before? I see a lot of people saying they will generally eat this while in QT.

good plan on keeping the fish separated. 6 transfers will be fine, but as long as you are obeying the ~72 hour rule, then 4 or even just a 5th will suffice.

and just in case, make sure you are switching out the eggcrate between transfers also (anything that touches the water)...
