Preventive treatment?

Hello guys,

I have a beautiful H Mag in my tank some of you help me save, I can't thank you guys enough.
I've fell in love with nems so I am considering adding a rainbow BTA in the near future, I'll go around until I find until I find one that looks real pretty. Anyways, I was wondering if I should QT it for a few days or even treat it with cipro as precaution befopre placing it in the DT.

Thoughts?

Got my bta from a local reefer so I didn't QT them. I haven't heard anyone QT'ing a BTA either.

Probably not necessary for a rainbow unless it's visibly sick..

I only start preventative treatment when i have multiple anemones in the tank.
