Prices of Black ^ White Maximas?

Does anybody know what a black and white maxima goes for? Or what I should expect to pay for a nice specimen?

To get a nice Black and white maxima be ready to spend at least $200 for a small one.

The hard part is finding a true black and white maxima from back in the days. I have not seen one on the market for quite a while, and I think minimum they'd go for 3-400 a clam. If you see one let me know

Very nice pickup Sikryd. I swaer that clam looks like a squamosa with those large scutes but I may be wrong.Maybe 4twenty will chime in.

How can you tell it's a maxima and not a squammy without seeing the bottom?

If you look at enough clams you will start to see what traits each type of clam has, LOL I have looked at A LOT of clams.

Even with maxima's I am beginning to be able to get a good idea of where they came from by looking at them.

I would venture to guess that this maxima came from Vanuatu.

Ezcompany those are some of the nicest clams I have ever seen in capitivity. I love them. I would love to know where you purchased them from. Thank you so much for sharing those. I can not say how much I love them. Beautiful.
