My recommendations are:

For pH: On a typical reef tank the temp variations are small that the pH value is not influence much, so just leave it off.

For ORP: Leave pH compensation off if you want the industry standard ORP reading.

For Cond: Salt water has a temp. comp. value of 2.1-2.3. I recommend setting it to 2.2.
