Problem accessing your site

When I go to your site, I am getting a 'security alert' and it is telling me 'The security certificate has expired or is not yet valid'. I cannot go any further than this. Don't know if it's your end or mine. Any suggestions?

Works fine for me - check the date on your PC, it might be off.

My computer date is right on. Apparently, the certificate is good till 2007.

BethanyM, it does give me the option, but it won't let me do anything with them. I have to 'alt' 'ctrl' delete' and end task to get rid of it.

Hi,

Our security cert. was due to expire end of this month. I did just pay them to install a new one which they did yesterday. Seems like you had this problem around that same time they installed it, so maybe it was just due to installing a new one. We haven't had others with the problem, but it might be the new one being installed and a certain setting you have with your browser, like cookies etc.

Are you using IE? You might try an alternative brower, ie: use netscrape if you using IE, or vice versa and see if you get the same error with both browsers.

If you still have problems let us know, we'll see if our host can help, don't want anyone to be blocked from our site.

thanks

Are you by behind a firewall or using Nortan Internet Security? Not sure, but those might conflict with a secure server setting.

Hi,

I'll see if our host people have any ideas. Do you by chance no how to PING? I know they ask for us to do that often when we have a problem, never remember how, but i'll find out.

I'm better at using the computer than I am diagnosing/knowing what to change. Let me know what they say.

Oh, Great, that's good news. If you have the problem again, this is what our host asked for to troubleshoot:

>>>Please let us know the exact URL in question and the error message your client is getting when they try to access the site securely. Please make sure that SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 is enabled within browser settings. >>

thanks
