Problem logging into EcoSmart Connection manager

Hi guys! So I'm new to the hobby and decided to go right into a quality light fixture. I finally saved up enough money to buy a previously owned Radion G2. Well It finally came in the mail today and i was very exited to get it running. I created an account like the instructions said but i couldn't open the EcoSmart Live Connection manager. It keeps saying "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again". No matter how many times i try, the same message appears. I've tried turning off my computer and restarting it but nothing changes. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and what i can do to fix it.

That is a strange issue. I would recommend going to www.Java.com and downloading the most recent version of Java. From there, sign into ESL using Google Chrome and attempt the Connection Manager update again. If you continue to have issues at that point, please respond to this email.
