When I all into customer service I am looking for two things. It's simple! Resolve my issue and be nice. I have a total of 5 radions, 5 vortechs and I will tell you I stand by this product. I recently upgraded the driver on my MP10 to the QD and I will tell you it's like night and day! Silent as can be! Only issue I had was with night mode. Even though my MP10 was out of warranty and the wireless chip went out Matt at Ecotech wanted to resolve my issue with night mode and is sending me a wireless chip. This will allow me to control everything via reeflink. Thank you Matt for resolving my issue and being nice to me!
