Problem with Flame Angel Eye

I have a Flame Angel, and I just noticed that his left eye seems to have a big bubble on it. It basically looks ok, except for this bubble that is much more pronounced that the other eye. I will try and get pictures later.

pop-eye.
trauma or bad water quality......50% you will lose the fish.
it will probably lose the eye, and then the other....and then die.
QT with antibiotics may help.....look up popeye

Nice. I got the fish from someone else for what I thought was a good deal. I know it is not my water quality.
