Problem with my Vortech-it's super loud!

EcoTechMarine,
For about 2 weeks now my Vortech has been excessively loud. I have tried moving around the external part of the pump to see if it would quiet down, but it just would not be any quieter. I suspect that their is something wrong with the motor of the vortech because whenever I touch the outside part, I can feel that there is some vibrating there. The sound is super loud and sounds like something grinding and scratching up against something. Can I send it in and get it fixed or will it be replaced? Are there any charges involved with fixing this pump?



This is a great pump, but I had to take it offline 3 days ago because of the loud sounds. Please tell me what can be done about my issue.

I have tried several times emailing your service department but my emails did not go through.
