Problem with Zoas not opening

I'm having a problem with a frag of zoos that doesn't want to open up for me. They're a small colony of pink zoos that I got from a LFS. They were in nice shape at the store. Wide open with good color. I got them home and into the tank and they haven't opened yet and it'll be two weeks tomorrow. A few of the polyps open slightly, just enough that I can see they still have their color. The store had them under halides. I have halides too and have tried them in different spots in the tank. All of my other zoos are fine. Any ideas what could be wrong?

any pumps directed at it or strong flow, did you accumalate them proper, QT?

They're in low, indirect flow now. I've tried them in different spots in the tank. They were floated and dripped into the tank, no QT. They came from a very reputable source.
