Problem?

Not sure what's causing this? (See the base of the coral) it's happened almost overnight. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure I'm gonna loose this one. Anyone have any idea?

You might want to get some cuttings off. It looks from the photo like bite marks, but I can't tell for certain. What fish do you have? Maybe there is a big Eunice worm in there?

Got a closer look. Doesn't really look like bite marks when you see the other side. Very straight regression. The base of the coral almost looks like it's rotting.

Is it ripping off from too high of flow?
