Problem?

First off I'm not sure if this is the correct forum. However it looks like a problem is developing with this coral. The first picture is from last week everything looked ok. The next one is from tonight the one spot looks closed up and I noticed on the back side it looks like some has died off. I have the following params

It looks like a soft coral of some sort. Sometimes polyps just close. Your calcium is a little low but I don’t see that effecting this coral. What is your nitrate and phosphate at?
