Problems with Registration to Ecosmartlive.com

Hey Ecosmartlive-Users,

i am new here and i just bought a new Radion xr30w G3. I wanted to configurate it via Ecosmartlive.com - but unfortunately I am not receiving the activation E-Mail. I completed the whole registration process and clicked on "Register" - then the site "An E-Mail has been sent to your account, blabla" came - but i didn't receive a mail so far .. i registered 12 hrs ago.

Can somebody help me please?

PS: Sorry for my english - i am from Austria - far far away
