Profilux Alarm-Help!!!

My Profilux Plus II started shrieking about an hour ago.
No alarm light, and sound is turned off, and I can't see any reason for an alarm.
What could the reason be, and what can I do?
Need help with this as soon as possible, please!

Am in contact with support. Very helpful!
Will have to make do without the Profilux until a part arrives.

It's not easy to keep everything going without.
Back to basics...
Unfortunately that also means canceling a family trip this weekend.
